Boxing Technique will give you a solid understanding of boxings fundamentals. Starting with perfecting your stance, guard and balance before moving onto your footwork and rhythm. Progressing onto the punches, learning offensive and defensive technical moves.

The boxing fitness class is a high intensity boxing workout best for getting in great shape and improving overall fitness whilst working on technique. Alternatively the strength class will compliment your boxing training by improving your explosive power and general strength.

If you have your own gloves, bring them. If not, we do have gloves and handwraps available to use or purchase at the club.
